Baked Turkey Meatballs
5 slices bread
1/2 cup warm milk
1 pound ground turkey
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1 sm. onion, minced
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Soak bread in milk; crumble. Add next 5 ingredients
and mix well. Shape in balls about 1-1/4" in diameter.
Cut garlic in half and cook in margarine a few minutes.
Remove garlic. Add meatballs and brown. Pour off
any excess fat. Add soup and 1/2 cup water and
bring to boil. Put in casserole and bake at 350 degrees
about 35 minutes. (Or microwave on high for 7 minutes.)
6 servings. Serve over rice or noodles.
