Cranberry Sauce Turkey
Meatballs
1-1/2 pounds ground turkey
2 medium eggs
1 large onion (grated)
4 tablespoons bread crumbs
1 pound Oceanspray whole cranberry sauce
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tablespoons brown sugar
4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
Mix ground turkey, eggs, onion and bread crumbs.
Add desired amount of salt and pepper. Form into
1-1/2 inch meat balls. Set aside. Mix cranberry sauce,
tomato sauce, both sugars and lemon juice. Bring sauce
to boil. Place meatballs in sauce. Turn flame down.
Simmer covered for 1-1/2 hours. Stir occasionally.
Serve over rice.
