Ground Turkey Breast
Meatloaf
1 pound ground turkey breast
1 egg white
1/2 cup oat bran
3 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
3 slices onion, minced
1 large garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
Mix all above together and form into a loaf.
Bake 1-1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Can make
2 and freeze one. Serve with mashed potatoes,
mashed with evaporated skim milk, white ground
pepper and butter buds.
Serves 4-6 servings.
