Ground Turkey Meatloaf
1 pound ground turkey meat
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
1 cup brown rice, cooked
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup grated carrot
1 1/2 teaspoon prepared dijon mustard
2 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 cup no salt added tomato sauce
2 egg whites
6 tablespoon no salt added ketchup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except
honey and ketchup. Pour mixture into 7 or 8 inch loa
pan and bake for 40 minutes, until firm and brown on
top. Combine honey and ketchup and spread evenly
over top of loaf and bake 10 minutes longer. Serve
with additional no salt added ketchup if desired.
