Heinz 57 Turkey Meatloaf
1-1/2 pounds ground turkey
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoon Heinz 57 Sauce
1-1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
Mix thoroughly all ingredients. Shape in a loaf; put in lightly
greased pan. Brush top with extra 57 sauce if desired. Bake in
350 degree oven for one hour.
Makes 4-6 servings.
