Seasoned Stuffing Turkey
Meatloaf
1 egg
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 pounds ground turkey
Herb seasoned cube stuffing mix
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
2-3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2-3 tablespoon ketchup
1/2 - 1 teaspoon onion powder or 1 chopped onion
1-2 teaspoon parsley
1-2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
In a bowl, combine egg and Worcestershire sauce. Add
meat, seasoned salt, mustard, ketchup, onion powder,
parsley and Italian seasoning. If using ground turkey,
use the larger amount of seasonings. Add some of stuffing
cubes, enough to get a firm consistency and mix. If you use
ground turkey, add more cubes. Put in a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning over top. Bake at 350 degrees
for 1 hour or until browned and cooked through.
