Turkey Ginger Meatballs
1 pound ground turkey
2 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon finely grated peeled fresh ginger
2 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon Oriental sesame oil
Pinch of red pepper flakes
In bowl, combine all ingredients. Shape into about
18 (1-1/4 inch) meatballs. Place in single layer on
microwavable dish. Microwave on high until meatballs
are cooked through and set, about 5 minute, rearranging
after 3 minutes of cooking time.
Serves 4.
