Turkey Meatballs in Mushroom Sauce
1 pound ground turkey
3/4 cup cracker crumbs
1 egg
1/8 cup milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 teaspoon Heinz 57 or Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushrooms soup
1 soup can milk
Mix first 8 ingredients and form into balls. Brown in skillet.
Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 soup can milk.
Simmer 1 hour.
