Turkey Meatballs with
Dill
1 medium size onion, chopped
1 pound ground turkey
2 slices white bread, cubed
Salt and pepper
1 large egg
Milk, to soften bread
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 (14-1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
1/4 cup flour
In skillet in 1 tablespoon margarine, cook onions until tender.
In large bowl mix bread, milk and egg until soft. Add turkey,
onions, salt and pepper, and dill weed. Form into 1 inch
meatballs.
Brown in 2 tablespoons margarine. Mix flour and chicken broth
until smooth. Remove meatballs; add broth to meat drippings
to make gravy, thicken. Put balls back in gravy and heat until
done.
