V-8 Turkey Breast
Meatloaf
1-2 pound package ground turkey breast
2 egg whites
1 cup bread crumbs or 1 cup dried stuffing mix
Salt and pepper to taste
Oregano, parsley flakes and onion flakes, about 1/4 cup each
1 can V-8; pour half into mixture
Mix together. Add other half of V-8 after pouring meatloaf into
loaf pan. Cook one hour at 350 degrees.
