Easy Refrigerator Pickles

3 cucumbers
1 pepper
1 onion
1 tbsp. pickling salt

Let stand 30 minutes.
Drain.

1 c. vinegar or less
1 tsp. celery seed
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed

Refrigerate in jars.
